How To Explain Necroid.
There are five human senses (sight,sound,smell,touch and taste); each sense is different.So, there are also Spiritual-Powers eg. Magic, psychic and Born-Again Christian spiritual-power ; these spiritual-powers differ from each other (Born-Agains say they do not use magic or psychic powers). Necroid is a group-type of spiritual-power similar to Nexus but not Magic, psychic etc. and was founded in a highly-developed technological society in 52nd Century Era.Its Essence is the spiritual powers inherent in Science and Technology - Altars of Technology.
The flow of electricity or electric-currents is like the "life-blood" of technological tools and implements eg computers, electric-fans ; and "placing-hands" on the wires or appliances as we concentrate on the flow of electricity to the electric-meters and you see with your mental-faculties what is happening in other households and buildings etc in the neighborhood, town, city ,World etc.

Necroid: It's Use In Union of Intergalactic Planets.
"Temporarily there-Teleport" Missions in outer-space where the Union of Intergalactic Planets or the Intergalactic Military Federation - also the Intergalactic Alliance have interests as accords Interplanetary-Relations and its unilateral-bilateral safety of its member planets.
Necroid is of Non-Human Races origin but used by some Human Planets as useful for cooperation between Non-Humans and Humans in the Universe and Universes.Nexus on the other hand is of Human-Races origins. "Temporarily-there" means we can reach the remotest parts of the Universe - and it saves us from unnecessary injuries or deaths; as Intergalactic Forces are just "NOT there permanently" and this means "Teleport-Missions-Temporarily-There" can bend the negative effects of PERMANENT_Reality.
